CrossFit Advantage staff are very knowledgeable, and care about their members. Teaching the appropriate form is very important to them. The coaches provide alternative movements as you continue improving the skill. They are very prepared, and organized every week. They keep their members engaged with activities (group outings, or healthy challenges throughout the year), and communicate daily. The Saturday workouts are a surprise, challenging, and fun!
I enjoy the group workout format. It keeps me motivated to keep pushing through the workout whereas I would have stopped if I were to workout on my own. Everyone who attends is very encouraging.
